Curt is a Montana native from Big Sandy MT and a graduate of Montana State University with a BA in Public Relations and a BS in Marketing. Curt has an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management also known as Thunderbird. 

Curt is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Montana and is affiliated with Ideal Real Estate in Kalispell MT. Curt and Architect husband, James Kottke, have been building, renovating, and investing in residential real estate for over 30 years and are currently building in Whitefish MT and the Arcadia district in Phoenix AZ. 

Curt has also been a mortgage lender for over 40 years He has owned his own mortgage company, been a producing manager, and a loan originator throughout his career. Although Curt has originated the full gamut of residential lending including construction, commercial, conventional and governmental loans, Curt also specialized in Reverse Lending closing over 1200 Reverse Mortgages over 22 years. 

Curt is now content to sell Real Estate in the Flathead Valley, a natural career change supported by years of related industry experience.
