Dean & Amy Hermance - owners.  Rcvd a text from 716-378-3832.  I was able to get him on the phone & poked around for information.  Found a number in Forwarn for the real Dean Hermance.  No answer, but the voicemail confirmed it was not the same person.  I left a voicemail letting them know.  I guess the same scammer contacted multiple agents.
