Viewers should consider these reports only for the specific date and instance it was reported. Since owners of properties may change their intent and sell. If such things occur within six months of your submission, please notify NMAR and the scam report will be taken down the next business day. All reports submitted are member-anonymous and will be made available only six months after submission. It will then be taken off this report.
