Topic: Selling Real Estate in the Wildland Urban Interface - Learn how wildfire has changed the landscape of insurance and how that impacts selling property in the Wildland Urban Interface.  We’ll explore what’s happening in other western states, why the ubiquity of insurance is under attack, and apply these concepts to Montana.  At completion of the course, REALTORS® will have a better understanding of wildfire trends in insurance, learn property features to highlight when listing or viewing homes in the WUI, and gain a better understanding of the increasing role insurance has in the real estate transaction.
