Overall, the class will provide a comprehensive review of the Montana Buy-Sell Agreement (Commercial) that would include the purpose of the contract and who typically utilizes this contract. Key terms and clauses will be reviewed for the legal implications of incorrectly completing the contract. Each clause will be discussed during class as to how to locate key information to complete the sales agreement. Critical dates within the contract will be reviewed and buyer's outs for the contract will be discussed at length. At the end of class, an agent should have more confidence in completing a commercial contract for their clients.
