Description

This session provides attendees with comprehensive information on how to recognize and promote energy efficiency, enhanced air quality, and comfort features in homes. The class is designed to provide knowledge that will help real estate professionals better recognize and market the value of increased insulation, upgraded windows, additional air sealing, ventilation, heating and cooling, alternative energy systems, and radon control systems in Montana homes. The session will also provide information on the Federal energy efficiency and renewable tax credits, and the DEQ renewable energy loan program available to home-buyers.
