Description

Objectives: Discuss client experience. Create an individualized template for each attendee’s business. Hands-on active implementation of templates inside one of the MAR-provided document preparation platforms.

This course is intended to help attendees increase their professionalism by creating a system for document preparation. Implementing systems in documentation is a step toward equal service for all clients.
