Monday, September 28, 2026 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

A practical conversation focused on personal and workplace safety, designed to help individuals recognize potential risks and make informed decisions when they find themselves alone, in unfamiliar environments, or facing unexpected situations. The discussion covers key concepts of situational awareness, recognizing changes in surroundings and behavior, identifying and maintaining avenues of escape, and understanding when to disengage or seek assistance. The goal is to provide simple, realistic concepts that individuals can apply in their everyday lives to improve personal safety, preparedness, and confidence in both professional and personal environments.
