Description
This session will inform real estate professionals about the indoor air quality issues of radon, mold and carbon monoxide (CO). The course will explain the dangers associated with these environmental issues, the conditions that caused them, and show examples of Montana homes that experienced each of these problems and how the homes were repaired. The instructor also shows the most common radon testing and mitigation equipment. An objective of the course is for attendees to have a better understanding of radon, mold, and carbon monoxide issues.
