Join NMAR YPN and Flathead Builders Association for an evening of connection and conversation with local builders. All proceeds benefit ACE Mentor Program of Northwest Montana.

50/50 and raffle tickets will also be available for purchase at check-in. All proceeds benefit the nonprofit.

Kisa Davison is the founder of Iron Star Construction and the driving force behind its “Big Picture” approach to building homes, teams, and stronger communities. Known for her leadership across the Flathead Valley, Kisa brings both architectural vision and real-world experience to every project she touches. When she’s not leading Iron Star’s mission-driven work, you’ll find her on the golf course, practicing yoga or jiu jitsu, or spending time with her husband Travis, their four children, and a granddaughter who has completely stolen the show.

Deb Flagan serves as Vice President of Community Engagement and Giving at Hayden Homes, where she has spent more than 24 years shaping initiatives that connect housing, philanthropy, and workforce development across the Northwest. Her leadership has helped guide over $70 million in charitable giving while supporting Hayden Homes’ growth into the largest private home builder in the region. Recently appointed to Oregon Governor Tina Kotek’s Regional Solutions Advisory Committee, Deb brings a deep understanding of housing, economic development, and community impact to conversations that shape the future of our communities.

Shane McGrath | Stock Custom Homes

Shane McGrath brings a wealth of experience in luxury custom homes and community development throughout the Mountain West. Since launching his career straight out of college, Shane has overseen land entitlements, subdivision development, and numerous high-end custom residences. With a background shaped by working alongside some of the region’s top builders, Shane pairs hands-on building expertise with a strong foundation in economics and entrepreneurship, earned through his degree from Montana State University.

Jakub Kristl | Kristl Konstruction Inc.

Jakub Kristl is a third-generation builder whose passion for craftsmanship started early and never slowed down. From apprenticing as a carpenter at 18 to leading high-end custom home projects across California and Montana, Jakub has immersed himself in every phase of construction. Today, he leads Kristl Konstruction of Montana with a clear philosophy: build it right, build it beautiful, and never compromise on quality. His work in Whitefish has quickly set a new standard for detail-driven, thoughtfully designed custom homes that challenge what’s possible in the local market.
