Description
Objective: To increase an agent’s listening skills and confidence in completing contract documents before practicing on the public.
Attendees will build muscle memory using transaction templates, example forms, and active listening to draft contract documents based on role-play scenarios. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the role-play. During the class, attendees will be able to actively select from 10 separate role-play scenarios to review during the class. In the 4-hour class, we will have time for 8 role-play scenarios.
