Thank you for your interest in joining Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® (NMAR).

In order to be considered for membership: 

  • You must have an active real estate license from the state of Montana
  • Your brokerage must also be an active REALTOR® office with NMAR
  • You will need to enter your payment information for the application fee and Annual REALTOR® Dues at the end of this application 
  • Note: The payment will be processed if/when your application is approved, not upon submission.

Select An Option

You are a brand-new licensee applying for Primary REALTOR® membership OR you are transferring your existing Primary REALTOR® membership to NMAR. As a Primary REALTOR® member, you will receive full NMAR membership benefits and you will pay your national, state, and local dues and fees through NMAR. 

You are currently a member of another REALTOR® Association in the state of Montana and you want to join NMAR as a secondary REALTOR® member. You will receive full NMAR membership benefits, but you will continue to pay your national and state dues through your Primary REALTOR® Association. You will only be required to pay NMAR's local dues and fees annually.

You are currently a member of REALTOR® Association outside of Montana, and you want to join NMAR as a secondary REALTOR® member. You will receive full NMAR membership benefits and pay state (Montana) and local dues to NMAR annually. You will continue to pay your national dues with your Primary REALTOR® Association.
